Pricing & discounts

Our Commitment

Mrs Burney’s Bee Club is committed to making our activities accessible to as many families as possible. This policy explains how our pricing works and how families can choose the rate that feels right for them. If you are unsure which option applies to you, please contact us – we are always happy to help.
Which services do we offer a discount on?
Discounted prices are available for all longer-term Junior Bee Clubs. For discounts on in school Junior Bee Club, please see the Eligibility for Discounted Prices  – Schools policy.
Our Bee Experiences are not usually included in the discount scheme. However, we may offer occasional one-off discounts at certain times of the year. Any temporary offers will be clearly advertised on our website.
How our new Sliding Scale pricing works
We know that many families face rising costs but may not qualify for traditional benefits. To make our courses more accessible, we now offer a flexible sliding scale, allowing families to choose the rate that best reflects their circumstances.
Families are invited to select from four options. No detailed evidence is required – just honest self-assessment and, where needed, one simple check.
If you have chosen our supported, reduced rate or supporter rate, please email Debbie on debbie@mrsburneysbeeclub.co.uk to get a discount code to use in Pebble.
Supported Rate – 50% of the standard cost
For families who are finding it difficult to meet essential costs. Choose this if paying the full amount would cause financial strain due to low income, rising bills, or temporary hardship.
Reduced Rate – 75% of the standard cost
For families who can contribute something, but not the full cost. Choose this if your budget is tight but you can manage a partial payment without significant difficulty.
Standard Rate – 100% of the cost
For families who can comfortably pay the full amount. Choose this if you do not need financial support to participate.
Supporter Rate – 110 – 130% of the cost
For families who are able and willing to help others access the club. The additional contribution directly supports children using the Supported or Reduced rates.
Number of discounted places on offer
We aim to offer one third of the places on each long-term course at Supported or Reduced rates. This helps maintain fairness while ensuring the club remains sustainable.
